ART is an 8-week course for girls aged 13-18

The course covers awareness of Drugs, alcohol, sexting, mental health, healthy relationships, how girls/women can help themselves to stay safe etc.

We can facilitate this course on a one-to-one basis or in small groups.

One week covers the whole subject of “how we can stay safe” covering subjects such as drink spiking, how to stay safe on our streets and what to do if something doesn’t feel right. This week is available on its own entity. We are able to deliver this presentation to a larger group of girls, of up to 20 at any one time.
