I can highly recommend the services of safempowerment. I have worked with the charity over a 12 week period and they have made a significant difference in my personal and family situation. I cannot thank Safempowerment enough…..
Two years ago my daughter Olivia become very unwell and was being severely bullied resulting in her refusal to go to school, it was a very scary time for the whole family. Very quickly Sharon worked with Olivia, she helped us understand that although our daughter was one of six no two children are the same, every child has a unique set of experiences and she quickly put together a bespoke programme just for Olivia,
who was later diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome/ME and with Sharon’s dedication Olivia is now managing her condition and has been given the tools to continue with her daily activities’ thanks to the programme written by Sharon.

In my Opinion Sharon is someone who is dedicated, committed, devoted, loyal and conscientious. She is always 100% focused on a goal or cause and is willing to put in the time and effort to achieve it.

This charity is truly one of a kind. The help, advice and mentoring service they provide the young people of today in our local community is brilliant. I was lucky enough to sit in in one of their school workshops and the subjects covered were all items prevalent in todays society, from knife crime and county lines, to domestic abuse and consent. I have to say that while I consider myself a good parent it took a call from school to find out my daughter was not showing up daily. It seem she started hanging with a new group of friends. Ones I did not know about. Ones that were potential/known drug users. I realized she needed help. Help I could not give her. I heard of Safempowerment from a friend and immediately called.
Sharon was quite knowledgeable and I felt at ease after speaking with her. I immediately enrolled my daughter in the program. They worked with her for six weeks. I must say my daughter was given all the tools necessary to boost her confidence and self esteem.
My daughter now has also decided to take up a couple different sports.
I highly recommend this program as they care and help.
As parents we don't always see everything or understand as we too have busy lives and miss things with our children. Instead of beating ourselves up about it just reach out and get them the help they deserve, even if they resist they will be happy in the end!

It always starts with educating the children. If the children aren’t educated then how can they grow into mature adults? And then how can they raise the next  kind and loving generation? We need to teach them how to be and how to interact… in today’s society these values have gone awry. Through the help… support and guidance of SAFEMPOWERMENT our children will gain valuable skills. I can't recommend Safempowerment highly enough. At a time when my son needed support to help him with processing his trauma, lots of professionals said he needed support yet no one wanted to provide it. Very luckily I came across Safempowerment and they begun this much needed support straight away. Support was very much tailored to my son who also has additional needs, but this did not faze them at all. Although this support has now come to an end, I am reassured by the fact that they are there and happy to meet with him again at any time if needed. I cannot rate Safe Empowerment HIGHLY enough. You gave my daughter a voice and the courage she needed. Sharon helped me when I thought I was going crazy and made me realise I wasn't. I can honestly say our lives would be completely different if we didn't have Sharon's support and advice. I can't thank-you enough you have been an absolute rock for us. I reached out to Safempowerment when my teenage son was struggling with his confidence and self esteem , which had a knock on effect to making friends and the right choices. The first session he had with Rob he came home beaming and told me Rob was fantastic and he understood him.My son immediately trusted Rob and this was lovely to hear. I have met with Sharon and Rob and they are so knowledgeable and passionate about what they do, plus friendly and approachable. I would definitely recommend Safempowerment to school or any one who is looking for help and support.
