We are now running 2 different one hour sessions for girls aged 13-16 and 17-20. The aim of the session is to teach girls things they can do to try and keep each other safe.

Aged 13-16 group includes advice on internet safety, sexting, alcohol, drugs, consent and what to do if you find yourself in a scary situation

Aged 17-20 group includes advice on sexting, revenge porn, sexual assault, alcohol, drugs and tools to enable you to keep you safe.

There has been a lot in the media about “date rape” drugs now being administered via a syringe. Would you know what to do if you were a victim of this crime? Date rape drugging has been around for over 25 years (I was a victim myself 25 years ago). This is not going  away any time soon so we need to arm ourselves with as many “tools” to keep us safe.

As retired police officers we are happy to talk about worries that girls’ may have. We can suggest Apps that can help keep you safe along with preventative measures that you could take to limit the likelihood of being a victim of crime.
